The SKYPER12R is an IGBT driver core for all IGBT modules 600V, 1200V & 1700V modules in the range of 80A to 400A like MiniSKiiP Dual, SEMIX5 or SEMIX press-fit, Fits to full SiC MiniSKiiP SKiiP. Can be plugged or soldered on a simple adapter board; Fast and safe in high reliability for full inverter portfolio; 100% tested and qualified for insulation, power supply, driving and protection; Cost effective.
The Board SEMIX5 MLI SKYPER 12 R is an adapter board which can be used for driving the MLI module
SEMIX5. The Board SiC MiniSKiiP with SKYPER 12 R is an adapter board which can be used for driving SiC MOSFETs
in the MiniSKiiP housing. The board can be directly plugged on the module.
