EMI / EMC / RFI

The terms EMI and RFI are often used interchangeably. EMI is any frequency of electrical noise, whereas RFI is a specific subset of electrical noise on the EMI spectrum. There are two types of EMI. Conducted EMI and Radiated EMI.
