IGBT Driver for 1200V /1700V Modules in PrimePack packages, Fiber Series
AgileSwitch IGBT Drivers are designed to address a wide variety of IGBT applications. The PPFM-PrimePACK Fiber Series provides up to 12 Amps of peak current at an operating frequency up to 15 kHz. The PPFM-PrimePACK Fiber Series provides 2-level turn off to reduce voltage overshoots. UVLO and Desaturation fault detection is provided for both the high and low side drivers. Fault lines are provided for the high and low side independently or can be output as a single fault through a single fiber output. The connection to the internal IGBT thermistor is available on an optional two pin MTA connector.
