XMCA1 is a 2ASC-12A1HP Core Adapter Board for Wolfspeed XM3 SiC Modules (as CAB400M12XM3) with 2 x 3 W output, robust design and high immunity to interference. The dual channel 2ASC-12A1HP provides up to 7 error conditions, 10A peak current at operating frequencies up to 100 kHz.The combination of the Core Driver and adapter board can serve as a tool for the customer to create a plug & play driver and drive SiC modules in XM3 enclosures in a variety of settings that can be configured using the ASBK-014 software and programming kit without having to change hardware settings (such as Rg) as well as other types of 1200V SiC modules.
